In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient nature park, come and discover this charming, picturesque gîte "Chez Annie". Discover the lakes, Troyes and its factory stores, as well as the vineyards and Chaource specialties. A tennis court is available in the village, see the owners for details.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a TV, a table, and six chairs arranged around a fireplace. A spacious kitchen allows you to cook to perfection (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker). The space is rounded out by a laundry room, a pantry, and a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: two double bedrooms (140x190 cm bed), one twin bedroom (two beds 90x190 cm), and a half-bath. A large, fenced-in yard completes the holiday cottage. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. Electric heating is billed separately based on meter readings. Firewood is included in the price. The beds will be made on arrival.

Angelica Vaccances superbes
Une maison de vacances magnifique et très spacieuse. L'aménagement est de bon goût et individuel. La cuisine, en particulier, est parfaitement équipée. La cheminée qui réchauffe tout le salon lors des soirées fraîches est également magnifique. L'accueil par les propriétaires était très chaleureux.
Le petit village est très calme et situé dans un beau paysage, tout en étant proche des bonnes possibilités de shopping à Troyes. Les magnifiques lacs sont également rapidement accessibles.

CLG Idéal en famille avec de grands ados
Séjour réussi dans cette jolie maison très agréable et pratique. Nous avons été gentiment accueillis et tout est conçu pour que petits et grands y soient confortablement installés. Un seul regret celui de n'avoir pas prévu d'y rester plus de temps !
