In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, known as the Cradle of the Templars, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, Charlie's Home, a single-storey house, will be the ideal place for a getaway for couples, families or friends. It can accommodate up to 5 people (a folding bed is available at an additional cost of €10/day), and is fully equipped for babies (cot, changing table, high chair). For professionals, discounted rates are available according to length of stay.
You'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, a bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, hairdryer, separate toilet and laundry room. On the night side, you'll find a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a double bedroom (160x200 bed) fitted with top-of-the-range bedding. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. Secure parking for several vehicles is also available. Beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, heating and electricity are extra with meter reading (excellent insulation - refurbishment by a master builder to meet new environmental standards), end-of-stay cleaning also extra.

Great gîte in a quiet location. Recently done up to a high standard, but still very child friendly (ours are 7 and 5), with a reasonably sized secure and private garden, and nothing much breakable in the house. Well equipped kitchen (with a sharp knife very much appreciated). English guests will also like having a toaster and a kettle. Would recommend.
