Le Nordique, adjoining L'Industriel, is on one level and features a living room with pellet stove and 4K flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200cm that can be made into a bed 180 x 200cm), a shower room, a laundry room and a toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy parking, a private terrace and a 2800 m² shared plot.
An electric recharging point is available on request for €15 per charge.
All charges are included: bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and household linen, pellets and electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Your pet is welcome.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards, Nigloland amusement park, Renoir museum, Parc Naturel et Régional de la Forest d'Orient (and its lakes dedicated to Fishing and/or Swimming), medieval City of Troyes and its factory outlets.

Les Bois de Champagne is a detached house housing two comfortable gîtes: Le Nordique and L'Industriel. Le Nordique, with its soft, natural tones, can accommodate four people. The location is ideal for your next stay: Magnant is a village nestled in the Côte des Bar, a region renowned for its Champagne vineyards, and is just a few minutes from exit 22 of the A5 freeway.
