Located 10 minutes from Romilly sur Seine, 20 minutes from Nogent sur Seine, 35 minutes from Troyes and 30 minutes from Provins, this contemporary house is set in a quiet suburban area, on a large enclosed plot of land. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 5 separate bedrooms.

This single-storey Bungalow offers a spacious living room with lounge and dining area opening onto a veranda equipped as a relaxation area (exercise bike, sofa, armchairs), a fully-equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a shower room with toilet. For your comfort, particularly when traveling on business, two additional bedrooms can be made available (extra charge of €15/night). Located on the lower level of the house (basement), these "single" rooms (1 single bed in one / 1 convertible in the other) have their own bathroom (shower + wc). There's also a garage and secure parking on the property. Beds made on arrival and household linen (tablecloths, towels, tea towels) provided free of charge. Electric heating available at extra cost. Bicycles available free of charge for use on the greenways. A deposit of €50 per bike is required for each bike borrowed.
