In the heart of a village at the foot of the Forest d'Orient Lakes and Champagne vineyards, 5 minutes from the Nigloland theme park, 15 minutes from Brienne le Château, Bar sur Aube and Vendeuvre sur Barse, come and stay in this beautiful, spacious family home built of local stone. The owners live in an annex of the property and will be very discreet during your stay. From June to September (weather permitting), you'll enjoy a 5x10 swimming pool (fenced and unheated) open every day from 10am to 8pm. For the respect of your neighbors, NO NOISY NIGHTS ARE ALLOWED...

First floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, 2 triple bedrooms each with double bed + single bed, bathroom (shower + bath), access to laundry room on request. On the 1st floor, you'll find a living room (sofas, TV), a master suite (bed 140x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower + WC), a 2nd double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a triple bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x200), 2 shower rooms with shower and WC. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a 70 m² entertainment room: bar with beer taps, table soccer, TV, DVD, library corner, casino games, board games and children's games. Outside: enclosed grounds with private parking and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), ping pong table. Electricity, heating, household linen (tea towels/tablecloths, napkins not included) are included in the price. Beds made up on arrival.
