Close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 25 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, come and discover this charming house full of character (stone floors, solid wood parquet flooring) and spacious accommodation. The renovation has been designed to respect ecology and the environment. The outdoor spaces are ideal for entertaining friends and family. A private heated swimming pool (maximum 28 degrees and depending on outside temperature) is available from June to September (weather permitting), (dimensions 8m x 4m and depth 1m45).

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with lounge, dining area, table soccer, equipped kitchen, laundry room and separate toilet. At night, the house offers two master bedrooms (160x200 beds), each with its own TV, private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and access to the terrace. Upstairs, you'll find two family suites, each with a master bedroom (160x200 beds), a children's bedroom (140x190 beds), a TV, and private bathroom facilities (shower or bath, double basin, wc). Outside, you'll enjoy a Mediterranean garden, a swimming pool with pool house (deckchairs, garden furniture, lounge, barbecue), a children's play area and a pétanque court. Enclosed parking and grounds. All-inclusive stay (heating, air conditioning, electricity, beds made, linen provided). For recharging electric vehicles, a supplement of €8/recharge will be charged.
