Located 10 minutes from Port Dienville and 40 minutes from Troyes, this holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for exploring the Champagne countryside while enjoying a relaxing and comfortable setting. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious two-story house that can accommodate up to 12 people.

The holiday cottage is a semi-detached house and is attached to the owners’ home, where guests can share a lovely garden with the owners, offering an unobstructed view of the fields in a peaceful setting. The swimming pool (unheated), secured by a dome and a fence, is also shared and available daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from May through October (weather permitting). The owners, who are very discreet, take care to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a dining room and kitchen, and upstairs there are 6 bedrooms (one twin room, 3 double rooms, and 2 triple rooms), each with a TV, private bathrooms, and—in some cases—air conditioning, offering comfort and privacy for everyone. A games and entertainment room is available (with books, board games, cards, and a TV) and is sure to delight both adults and children. Outside, you’ll enjoy the private terrace under a pergola, the covered terrace, the barbecue, lounge chairs, and various cozy spots—perfect for relaxing and sharing quality time with family or friends. Beds made on arrival; bathroom linen and linens are provided; end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity are included in the price.
