Just a few minutes from the freeway exit, Lac d'Orient and the forests, factory outlets, at the foot of the cycle route, 15 minutes from Troyes, the Gîte "Au Clos de Marie" is an independent, single-storey, timber-framed house that can accommodate up to 6 people. Featuring Champagne-style architecture in harmony with the landscape, it includes a large enclosed plot planted with trees.

The gîte features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one with a crib), a shower room, a bathroom and 2 WCs. Outside, there's a spacious plot with garden furniture and a shed. Additional charges: electricity (including heating), wood. Bikes available for hire in the village or in Géraudot and Mesnil St Père (CNA). In the village, you'll find local services (grocery store, bakery, butcher's, gas station, bank, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, electric charging stations, etc.). TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS: in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient nature park, swimming, walking, cycling, rollerblading on the vélovoie, fishing, nature outings, sailing, walks through the Champagne vineyards with champagne tasting (20 minutes), factory outlets, Nigloland amusement park, Ferme de la Marque, accrobranches playground...
