Peace and quiet guaranteed, on a pretty plot of land surrounded by rolling countryside, close to the Champagne vineyards of Montgueux.
Single-storey accommodation comprising a living room with open-plan kitchen. Three double bedrooms (2 x 1 bed 140x190cm, 1 x 1 bed 160X200 cm), each with its own private bathroom (shower, toilet, basin). All charges included, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included. End-of-stay cleaning included, except for business stays.

5/5Séjour très agrèable ,le gîte est très bien situé à proximité de Troyes dans un jardin très fleuri et très au calme .Accueil chaleureux des propriétaire nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse .

5/5Ce gite présente beaucoup d'intérêt de par sa situation géographique, proche de Troyes, du lac d'Orient et au cœur des chemins de nos 3 régions (Hauts de France, Grand Est et Bourgogne Franche Compté). Il a également un atout essentiel : chaque chambre est équipée de sa salle de bain et de ses toilettes.
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis et tenons à remercier Catherine et Thierry pour tout : l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, les attentions, les conseils, la propreté du gîte, les équipements vraiment complets.

2/5Sejour en famille. Les douches ne peuvent pas être prises simultanément. Les chambres sont aveugles ce qui pose problème.
De plus il a fallu nettoyer le réfrigérateur avant de pouvoir s’en servir.

Very nice location
5/5Very nice and proper house. Owners are very warm and gentle. Also our dogs had a good vacation. The location is very good. Nearby Troyes with enough restaurants and shopping possibilities.
You will experience a very local feeling staying here.
