In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in the heart of a winegrowing estate, you can take advantage of the magnificent setting of this gite to recharge your batteries or discover the winegrowers' trade.

Upstairs gîte comprising a spacious living room with dining area, lounge and fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. The living room has a sofa bed. Two double bedrooms (bed 140x190 cm), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, laundry room. Outside, you can relax on the terrace or on the banks of the river that flows past the gîte. Heating and electricity included in the price. For your greater comfort, linen is provided in full (household linen, towels, bed linen, tea towels) and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Mme MASSIN suggests a visit to the cellars and a tasting of champagne and/or chablis during your stay. Nigloland is 20 min away, Troyes 40 min.

    Champagne quand tu nous tiens !

    Malgré les problèmes de dos de mon mari, tout s'est bien passé. Le logement est très bien aménagé et bien placé pour les visites alentour.

    Beautiful gite!

    The gite is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. The bathroom, kitchen and livingroom are beautiful. We only thought that the gite was a part of a 'farm' but it is in fact a part of an industrial property. It is also very dark at night. We didn't like that. The owner doesn't live on this property so when you call to inform the owner at what time you expect to arrive, you better do this about 10min before arrival. We were 20 min later and we could see that the owner was irritaded. If we knew that the owner had to bring the key of the appartement we would have called short before arrival.

    Super appartement !

    Very nice apartment, all comfort and a very nice region to stay!
    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, tout est sur place. C'est vraiment très luxueux et dans un environment très calme. L'accueil était très agréable.
    Wij hebben dit appartement zeer geapprecieerd en kunnen dit ten zeerste aanbevelen. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving.
