Nestled in a peaceful village in the pre-Arden crests, Les Pommiers welcomes you to an authentic and relaxing setting, ideal for a get-together with family or friends. Spacious and warm, this typical stone building combines charm, comfort and conviviality, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has three generous bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, perfect for practicality or family stays. The first floor is organized around a beautiful living space combining lounge, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Everything has been designed to enable you to share real moments together: functional kitchen, numerous cooking facilities, large convivial table, cosy living room with TV and wifi fiber connection. A wood-burning stove completes the ambience on cooler evenings. The ground-level bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160cm) and a Kids bed, with adjoining storage space. A bathroom with bath and shower, a laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer pleasant, well-appointed spaces. Each has a 160cm bed and a single bed. A shower room and toilet complete the first floor. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and housekeeping are included, and outside you'll find a real relaxation area. The covered terrace, equipped with a dining area and plancha, opens onto a large 800 m² garden planted with trees and fully enclosed. A pétanque court, outdoor games and plenty of space let you make the most of fine weather. Located in the heart of the pre-Arden crests, the house is ideally placed for exploring the region. Just 20 minutes from Charleville-Mézières and 45 minutes from Reims, famous for its cathedral and champagne, you'll enjoy a privileged Location. Nature lovers will appreciate the many possibilities in the surrounding area: state-owned forests, Hiking trails, the Ardennes Canal, the Meuse and Semoy valleys. An ideal place to recharge your batteries, walk, cycle or simply enjoy the fresh air. Just a few kilometers away, Charleville-Mézières and Sedan offer a wealth of cultural discoveries. Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are also within easy reach, as are Paris (2h30) and Lille (2h).
