2nd floor: 1 bedroom: 2 beds 90 x 200cm.
Baby care supplies provided.
Electric heating included up to a limit of 200 kW per week or 100 kW per weekend.
First load of firewood included—additional loads cost 10 €.
Cleaning service available for 40 €.
Community playground nearby.
Monthly farmers’ market. Launois/Vence (many events) 2 km. Charleville (Museums, aquatic center, etc.) 20 km. Vendresse 25 km.

Pascal Vraiment très bien
Beau gîte, confortable, spacieux avec mezzanine agréable pour se poser, beau terrain extérieur, calme, grand lit (160*200), bien équipé pour cuisiner.
Logement énergivore donc la limite de 200kWh est vite atteinte en période hivernale, heureusement, il y a la cheminée.- Cleanliness
