Housed in an old, fully renovated family farmhouse, the Holiday cottage is designed and managed in an eco-responsible way, while offering optimal comfort to its visitors. The owners wanted to create a warm and welcoming environment.
For your comfort, quality linen has been chosen.
And just for you: a large approval garden, a kitchen garden where you can harvest seasonal fruit and vegetables, outdoor and indoor games (Ping-Pong, darts, skittles, boules, board games...) and a wood-burning stove that can be lit on request to create an even more cocooning atmosphere.
This Holiday cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with heated towel rails.
The ground floor and terrace are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Pretty stone house set in 1200 m² grounds with terrace equipped with solid wood furniture.
First floor: large living room (TV, wood-burning stove-1st basket offered-wood supplied), kitchen (microwave, freezer). 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm). Shower room. WC.
Laundry room: washing machine, professional dryer.
1st floor: mezzanine with library area 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 single bed).

Mélanie Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Il est très bien équipé, entièrement
rénové avec goût, avec des matériaux et des équipements de grande qualité. La literie
ainsi que l’ensemble du linge de maison sont de très bonne qualité, ce qui contribue
beaucoup au confort du séjour.
Tout est prévu, rien ne manque. Le gîte est complet et très confortable.
Le salon est chaleureux et convivial.
Le jardin est un vrai atout pour se détendre et profiter de l’extérieur.
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du potager, la saison ne faisant que débuter,
mais l’intention est très appréciable.
L’accueil a été parfait. Alice et Thierry, les propriétaires, sont très gentils et
attentionnés. Ils aiment profondément leur région et recevoir dans leur gite.
Nous avons été touchés par leurs nombreuses attentions, aussi bien à notre arrivée que
par les œufs frais et les légumes déposés.
Nous ne sommes pas certains de revenir un jour dans les Ardennes mais, si cela devait
être le cas, nous reviendrions chez eux sans la moindre hésitation.- Cleanliness

Very much enjoyed our stay in Bulson. Beautifully renovated house, fully equiped. Very friendly owner, who even welcomed us with products from their own garden. Bulson is a very pretty, quiet village; good base to explore the French Ardennes. Would much recommend staying in this gîte.

Lutra4x Fantastic gite & garden
Very welcoming and friendly hosts, great spacious new gite with nice interieur, wonderful garden with bio-veggies and fruits we could pick and use. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Bedrooms and beds are great.
Bulson is a very quiet hamlet with a church of the 13th century. For shopping we went to Sedan to the huge LeClerc supermarket. In the area you can take beautiful hikes in the country side or hills around Bouillon (Belgium), or do cycle tours, visit the fort/chateau de Sedan, Charleville-Mezieres, historic places of WOI and WOII and visit the champagne houses in Reims. Great place in beautiful area.- Cleanliness
