Semi-detached house, located in the quiet village of Baâlons, on 600 m² of enclosed grounds (garden with trees, swing, secure outdoor area, garden furniture, barbecue).
First floor:
Cosy living room with wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player, library area. Equipped kitchen (microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto living room. Separate WC.
Second floor:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed.
Shower room + separate WC.
Second floor:
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed.
Relaxation/reading area on mezzanine.
Wifi, fireplace.
Childcare equipment (on request).

1 small Pets allowed.
