On a 3-hectare property bordered by a river, in a residence including other rentals, designed in a loft spirit, 43 m² studio on the 1st floor of a building including 5 other Holiday cottages. It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with 1 convertible bed for 2 Kids - 1 Mezzanine bed with 1 bed 160x200 cm - Shower room/WC 2 additional children accepted (with the owner's agreement) at no extra charge with sleeping in the convertible bed Campsites 1 km away - 12 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Lounge area - Barbecue Shared: - 3 hectares of enclosed land bordered by a river - Piscine shared by 9 gîtes open from 25/04 to 15/10 (11x6 meters, depth: 0.60 to 1m20), heated from 25/04 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 15/10, secured by a protective fence. Access to the Piscine is authorized only to persons specified in the rental contract - Sunbathing area - Parking on the property - Covered motorcycle shelter - Electric gate - Air-conditioning - Washing machine - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Filter and capsule coffee maker - Television - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer - Provision of rowing boats (6) for access to the beach 300 meters away by the river - Paddle rental 30€/day or 100€/week, deposit 300€, to be booked directly with the owner - Rental of beach towels (4€/person), to be booked directly with the owner.

    Gîte haut de gamme à ne pas manquer

    Hôtes très chaleureux ! Gite d’une extrême propreté, moderne et tout confort ! Extérieur à couper le souffle. Intimité garantie, il ne pas manquer !

    Environnement privilégié

    Bel appartement dans un bâtiment à taille humaine de 6 logements. Au milieu d'un parc arboré, en bordure de rivière, à proximité de la mer. Piscine bien entretenue. Légère nuisance sonore en soirée liée à la présence d'un camping à proximité: arrêt de la musique à une heure raisonnable.
    Beaux matériaux dans la salle d'eau et la terrasse. Aspect industriel du mobilier en accord avec les escaliers et la verrière de la mezzanine. Accessoires de cuisine simples, plutôt pour faire des plats rapides que se lancer dans la grande cuisine. Nombreuses places de parking. Accueil très agréable d.Emmanuelle et grande réactivité lors de la demande de remplacement du pied de parasol qui était abîmé à notre arrivée.

    Havre de nature

    Une petite pépite de sérénité, loin de toute animation,300m de la plage en barque, seul accès possible donc tranquille pour étaler sa serviette, dans une grande propriété et pourtant tres proche de la petite ville 3km. Studio spacieux, très pratique, très bien conçu avec une décoration soignée. Plusieurs gîtes mais super organisé dans le parc bien arboré. Vraiment super!

    Séjour parfait

    Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifique, le duplex est superbe, tout équipé, la propriété est un Havre de paix. Au choix, la mer à 500 mètres par la rivière ou la piscine. Plusieurs balade en vélo possible grâce aux pistes cyclables à proximité.

    Mention spéciale pour la Propriétaire et son équipe sur place, pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, et leur disponibilité.
