On a farm that includes the owners' home and 6 other holiday cottages (55310, 55311, 55312, 55313, and 55315), an 84 m² apartment adjoining holiday cottage 55320. It is laid out as follows:

Shared among the 7 holiday cottages and the owners:
- 9-hectare property with fruit trees (seasonal fruit picking available)
- Piscine (11.5 x 5.5 meters), open from early May to late October, unheated and secured by a safety fence. Accessible daily from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Access to the pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. The pool is 100 meters from the holiday cottage.
