In the countryside, on a 1,700 m² enclosed, wooded property, a 70 m² apartment on two levels, located in a detached house that also includes holiday cottages 56481 and 56483. It is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- Living room/Kitchen

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160x200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds (Bed 90x190) (cannot be joined)
- Bathroom/Toilet

- Covered terrace of 17 m² on the ground floor
- 18 m² terrace on the first floor (adjacent to the bedroom with the double bed)

    Merveilleux

    Gite très sympathique et très bien placé pour qui veut passer un séjour agréable en pleine tranquillité et en même temps tout proche de Saint Florent. En plus, central pour visiter Cap Corse, Bastia, l'ile rousse, Calvi. La terrasse couverte, un vrai plus.Du bon vin chez les cavistes du coin.
    Gite confortable sous la pinède. Des Corses sympathiques et des paysages magnifiques. A part les virages et les dos d'ânes, tout est top en Corse, et ce gîte par sa situation géographique vous permet de passer un agréable séjour. Bonnes vacances à tous

    Magnifique séjour

    Superbe gîte, à deux pas des plages de saint Florent mais en même temps au calme dans les vignes.
    Nous nous y sommes sentis très vite super bien.
    Très bel accueil des proprios.
    Accès rapide à la Balagne et au Cap Corse.

    séjour professionnel

    Gîtes agréable pendant 4 semaines, le fait que le bâtiment soit à l'ombre de grand arbres, rend le gîte agréable même pendant de journées très chaudes.

    Chambres spacieuses, deux grands balcons, tout est confortable.

    Super gite spacieux

    Séjour très agréable dans un gite très bien équipé et dans un endroit calme et proche du cap corse, de St Florent et du désert des agriates. Idéalement placé pour faire des balades sur les sentiers du litoral/
    Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et à l'écoute. Un petit cadeaux de bienvenus m'attendais à mon arrivée.
    J'y reviendrais surement/
