In the Countryside, on a 1500 m² fenced property, close to a family farm, 96.3 m² detached house on 2 levels fitted out in a fully restored old stone oil mill. It is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room/kitchen, fireplace in sitting area (wood not supplied)

First floor:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200 cm

The property is located on the road leading to the village of Avapessa.

LouisC Un gîte de rêve idéalement situé
Nous avons passé une semaine absolument magnifique dans ce gîte en Corse, et nous ne pouvons que le recommander chaleureusement ! Dès notre arrivée, Pascal et sa femme nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse et une disponibilité rares.
Le gîte, installé dans un ancien moulin, est restauré avec beaucoup de goût : il allie charme authentique et confort moderne. Les équipements sont complets, la décoration est soignée, et le cadre est tout simplement superbe.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l'endroit. Le gîte est entouré de nature, ce qui en fait un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir et de profiter pleinement du soleil corse.
La localisation du gîte est également un atout majeur. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de l’Île-Rousse et de Calvi, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement ces magnifiques villes côtières. De plus, les villages de Sant’Antonino et Pigna sont à deux pas.
Ce séjour a été pour nous un moment de pur bonheur, partagé entre amis, dans un cadre idyllique. Un grand merci à Pascal et à sa femme pour leur accueil chaleureux.

C'est un gîte au milieu de la nature vous pourrez voir les moutons les Milans les lapins ...la vue sur les montagnes est juste magnifique
La piscine est très bonne et permet de se rafraîchir
Le gite est bien équipé et je finirai avec notre hôte Pascal très accueillant et de très bon conseil pour découvrir les différents endroits de la balagne ainsi que les bons restaurants vous pouvez vous laisser guider avec toutes les informations fournies dans le gîte merci beaucoup
Nous avons passé un moment parfait de déconnections totale dans la nature et découverte d'une très belle région- Cleanliness

Eva & Peer Perfectly equipped house near to mountains & beach
Greatly located fully equipped holiday house with pool in the outback of Ile Rousse. Magnificent view towards the mountains, only 20 minutes drive to great beaches, very good local restaurants nearby.
Well equipped kitchen, powerful air-conditioning of the complete house (which we hardly used even end of July since the micro location of the house close to a little creek provides extra coolness during the nights).
Warm reception by Pascal, very responsive when being contacted for support.
Plus: great drinking water quality - no need to buy bottled water :-)- Cleanliness
