In the Countryside, on a 1500 m² fenced property, close to a family farm, 96.3 m² detached house on 2 levels fitted out in a fully restored old stone oil mill. It is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room/kitchen, fireplace in sitting area (wood not supplied)

- 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed

The property is located on the road leading to the village of Avapessa.

Julien Perfekt für Aktivurlaub mit Kindern

Die alte Mühle:
ist der perfekte Standort, um die Gegend zu erkunden.
Tagsüber Action und nachmittags/abends am beheizten Pool entspannen.
Für die Kinder ist einiges geboten, so dass nie Langeweile aufkam: eine rießige Kiste mit Spielsachen, eine spannende Umgebung mit vielen Tieren, der Pool und die alte Mühle an sich bieten viel Inspiration!
Das Haus war sehr sauber, in der Küche fehlte es uns an nichts, wir haben super in den Betten geschlafen. Pascal ist ein toller Gastgeber!Unsere Ausflüge: Calvi Stadt und Strand, Ile Rousse, Sant'Antonino (wow!), Wanderung von Col de Bataglia auf Monte Tolu.
Nachbarschaft: direkt nebenan ist eine Mandelfarm. Diese störte uns nicht. Weder visuell noch von Arbeitslärm o.ä.

Mag&Dani Paradis caché
Très beau logement, idéalement situé en Balagne, entre l’Île-Rousse et Calvi. Le propriétaire s’est montré particulièrement accueillant et bienveillant.
Le gîte, confortable et parfaitement équipé, offre un cadre paisible et serein, idéal pour des vacances réussies. La piscine chauffée constitue un véritable plus, parfaite pour se relaxer à tout moment de la journée. Depuis la terrasse, on profite d’une vue magnifique sur les montagnes corses.
Nous avons passé 10 jours excellents en famille et adoré ce petit coin de Corse !- Cleanliness

LuBe Herrliche Ruhe
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Pascal und Sophie. Wir würden herzlichst empfangen und die Kinder haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt abseits anderer Wohnungen und daher sehr ruhig und ländlich. Strände in der Balagne und Bergdörfer sind schnell zu erreichen.
