In the countryside, on a 1,700 m² enclosed, wooded property, a 70 m² apartment in a detached house that also includes holiday cottages 56481 and 56482. It is laid out as follows:

Dydyer29 au pied du Cap Corse
Logement au calme, dans une grande maison comprenant 3 gîtes au total, mais sans promiscuité avec les voisins.
La grande terrasse est très appréciable.
C’est bien situé pour accéder au Cap Corse, et proche de St Florent.
Une belle balade pédestre est accessible à partir du gîte.
Toutefois certains équipements mériteraient d’être renouvelés (bains de soleil, cafetière, bouilloire…)- Cleanliness

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et pour avoir apprécié la tranquillité du logement, la terrasse ainsi que la situation idéale pour découvrir le Cap Corse et ses environs.
Concernant vos remarques, la cafetière et la bouilloire ont été détartrées, et le remplacement des bains de soleil est déjà prévu pour la saison 2026.

Le logement de l’alivu est idéal pour rayonner entre Calvi et le Cap corse. Cadre authentique, belle terrasse cosy ombragée sous les pins. Secteur calme et reposant. Volume des pièces très agréables et très bonne literie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Patrimonio. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute et de bons conseils. Très prévenante. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés!

Vive le Béarn libre Une semaine à l' Alivu
Un charmant gîte confortable, au calme , bien ombragé et plein cœur du village de Patrimonio, avec une grande terrasse bien équipée.
Base idéale pour visiter les environs.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l’écoute.
