In the heart of the village of Monticello, on the heights of Ile-Rousse, 2 bed and breakfast rooms in a 2026 building next to the owners' house. The communal dining room is on the garden level, while the bed and breakfast rooms are on the raised first floor and 1st floor. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. in the communal dining room. They include hot beverages (coffee, tea, chocolate), fruit juices, fresh bread, pastries, muesli, fresh fruit, butter, jam and local honey. 1-night minimum stay all year round Arrivals from 4pm and departures by 10am The rooms have separate entrances - Piscine au sel (7x3 meters, depth: 1.5 meters) common to both rooms and shared with the owners. The Piscine is open and heated throughout the rental period. It is secured by a sliding cover. Access is permitted from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from May to September, and from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. the rest of the year. Its use is reserved only for the people specified in the rental contract - Solar outdoor shower - 1 private parking space for each room (electric gate) - Dining room with microwave and fridge-top for tenants' use (95L) - Lounge with books, stereo and CD - Air conditioning - Wifi - Pool towels - Bathrobes - Private courtesy tray.
