It comprises: - Living room with kitchenette - 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160x200 cm bed and private shower room/WC Access to the Holiday cottage is via a steep concrete slope Reception and welcome by the owners, who live nearby - Heated (except July/August) private Piscine (4x2 meters, 1.45m deep), secured by an audible alarm and equipped with a bubble cover. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the tenants - 130 m² wooden terrace, 20 m² of which is covered - Garden furniture - Lounge area - 4 deckchairs - Outdoor shower - Electric barbecue - Parking - Reversible air conditioning - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and capsule coffee makers - Freezer compartment - Connected TV in the living room and in each bedroom - Wi-Fi - Bluetooth speaker - Beds made on arrival - Electric vehicle charging station (€10/day) payable directly to the owner. Garage accessible only for vehicle recharging or motorcycles.
- Bed linen provided free of charge - Bathroom linen and towels provided free of charge - Beach equipment (coolers, beach towels and parasol) provided free of charge - Pool towels provided free of charge - Reinforced socket for electric vehicles (fixed rate 10€/day) to be paid directly to the owner During the stay the tenant has the possibility of obtaining a regular service performed by the owners at their request and extra charge:
- Cleaning during stay on request: 60€ - Change of sheets, towels and household linen: 30€ (free of charge for stays longer than 15 days) - Personalized customer reception service by nearby owners
