In the Countryside, detached house of 39 m² (not overlooked), on a property which also includes the owners' house and 6 other Holiday cottages (15232,15235, 15237,15238, 15239 and 23911). it is composed as follows:

- Living room/kitchen with 1 single bed (Kids up to 12 accepted at no extra charge)
- 1 Bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm
- Bathroom/WC

- 1 hectare of shared, unfenced grounds
- 12 m² private covered terrace
- Private Piscine (3x2.5 m, 1.3 m deep), open from 01/04 to 30/10, security system: audible alarm. The Piscine is for the exclusive use of the tenants.
- Access to the heated Piscine shared with the other Holiday cottages: (9 x 3.5 meters, depth 1m20 to 1m60), open from 01/04 to 30/10, heated except from 01/06 to 15/09. Security system: protective barrier. Access to the Piscine is authorized only to persons specified in the rental contract.

    Das Beste ist der Pool

    Der Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich. Die Einführung in die Technik war sehr knapp und unzureichend.
    Die Verabschiedung war ebenfalls sehr ruppig.
    Leider entsprechen die Fotos nicht der Realität, es ist im Haus deutlich dusterer als auf den Fotos. Die ganze Anlage ist renovierungsbedürftig, mitunter lieblos.
    Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht.

    Hallo, wir haben den Eigentümer kontaktiert, um die Bedingungen für Ihren Aufenthalt zu besprechen. Dieser teilt uns mit, dass Sie bei Ihrer Abreise um 10.00 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben möchten (gemäß dem, was im Vertrag angegeben ist), die Reinigung wurde nicht durchgeführt und der Besitzer hat Sie gebeten, nur den Müll zu entfernen. Wenn die Fotos (nicht contactuelles) von uns aufgenommen wurden und spiegeln die Realität des Ortes wider. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

    Notre gîte était idéalement placé entre Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio et au cœur du maquis. Nous avons donc pu faire d’excellentes randonnées soit au bord de mer MAGNIFIQUE soit en montagne.
    Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte.

    Wunderbares windumtostes Häuschen innAlleinlage

    Das kleine liebenswerte Häuschen mit eigenem sehr kalten und phantastisch erfrischenden Pool liegt auf der Spitze eines Berges. Mit weitem Blick über die Täler ist es ein ganz wunderbarer und einsamer Platz, um abzuschalten und die Umgebung zu genießen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Und Hund Grappa begrüßt und besucht einen regelmäßig. Ohne Auto ist man in Petra Longa Salvini allerdings aufgeschmissen. Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Rückzugsort mit sehr charmanten und liebenswerten Gastgebern.

    Très agréable !

    Très jolie maison avec tout le confort nécessaire, en pleine nature, avec un très bel extérieur.
    Bien situé, à 15 minutes en voiture de la plage Santa Giulia.
