3km from Porticcio and its beaches, 3 bed and breakfast rooms on the 1st floor of the owners' house (about 20 steps up). Depending on the season, breakfast is served in the owners' living/dining room or on the shared terrace facing the Piscine. It includes hot drinks, viennoiserie, yoghurt, orange juice, fruit according to the season and local products such as jams, honey and eggs. It is served between 7 and 10 a.m. The owner has a free-roaming dog in the house. Arrivals are from 5 p.m. Guest house accessible via a steep cobbled road.

- 1550 m² property with landscaped, fenced garden - sheltered terrace - garden furniture and lounge - Piscine shared by 3 Bed and breakfast rooms + another rental (9x4 m, max depth 1.4m), open during the rental period and heated from 01/06 to 30/09, secured by an audible alarm. Access to the swimming pool is authorized from 10am to 8pm, and is reserved only for the people specified in the rental contract - Pool towels - Anti-drowning baby wristband available - Fully-equipped indoor kitchen available to guests - Boulodrome (boules provided) - Billiards and table soccer - Car park - Shared lounge/dining room - Air-conditioning in the bedroom - Television in the bedroom - Courtesy tray - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer - Electric vehicle charging station (€10/day) to be paid directly to the owner. Garage accessible only for recharging the vehicle or for motorcycles - Possibility of an extra bed for a Kids by adding a bed in rooms 2 and 4 for an extra €20 per night (two nights minimum for an extra person) - Rooms 2 and 4 have a twin bed, possibility of preparing them as two separate beds (to be notified at the time of booking).
