The property includes 3 other rental units (no direct line of sight to neighboring units).

- Heated swimming pool shared with the other holiday cottages (10 x 5.5 meters, depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m), open from April 18 to November 2 (9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), secured by a safety fence. Access to the Piscine is restricted to the guests named in the rental agreement
- Shared fenced-in property of 5,000 m²
- Covered terrace of 7.5 m² with unobstructed views of the village, the Mountains, and the valley

- Cleaning deposit of 75€ if the cleaning service is not purchased
- Electric vehicle charging station shared with the other holiday cottages (additional fee to be paid on-site to the owner: flat rate of 7€/day)
