You'll find this Holiday cottage in a very quiet hamlet between Meung-sur-Loire and Beaugency, just 5 km from the Loire cycle route. It is located in a detached farmhouse with a courtyard to the front and a huge 1,800 m² garden planted with trees to the rear.

On the first floor you'll find a large living room with a sitting and dining area, as well as an open-plan kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms (Bedroom n°1 with 2 beds 90x190; Bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90x190) and an independent shower room (shower, washbasin, wc), accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, you'll find a small mezzanine with a relaxation area, bedroom n°3 (2 beds 90x190) and its en-suite bathroom (bath, washbasin) and an independent toilet.
All beds can be moved closer together.

Outside: courtyard for parking, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
