2 adjoining studios, each with its own entrance but an interior door connecting the two.

STUDIO "LES JONQUILLES :
- living/dining/bedroom area: 1 table and 2 chairs for meals, 2 armchairs, wall-mounted TV, 2 beds 90x190 (comforter, 1 pillow per person), 1 wardrobe.
- separate kitchen (small fridge with freezer, 2 hotplates, sink, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- separate bathroom (shower, washbasin)
- separate toilet

STUDIO "LES CYPRES CHAUVE" :
- living/dining/kitchen/bedroom area: 1 table and 2 chairs for meals, 2 armchairs, wall-mounted TV, 2 beds 90x190 (comforter, 1 pillow per person), 1 wardrobe.
- separate shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet).

OUTSIDE :
Unenclosed common grounds for both studios, but each with its own small outdoor space, garden furniture and barbecue.
Shared hangar with table tennis and table soccer. Shared laundry room.
Behind the two Holiday cottages is a paddock with animals on site: a donkey named Léon and sheep.
Fishing in a private pond 800 m away (carp, roach).

[P] Private parking just a few meters from the Holiday cottage. You can pull up in front to unload.
