Just 2 km from the center of Jargeau, a lively town on the banks of the Loire, you'll find all the shops you need nearby: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, cheesemonger, press and tobacconist. Ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding area, including Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel, Fay-aux-Loges, Tigy, Vienne-en-Val and Châteauneuf-sur-Loire. Housed in an outbuilding of the owners' house, this Semi-detached house has its own entrance for a pleasant stay.

- The main room features a small, fully-equipped kitchen area (refrigerator with small freezer compartment, 2-zone induction hob, extractor hood, combined microwave/grill, sink, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen utensils you need for a self-catering stay), a cosy sitting area with TV, and a comfortable 140x190 double bed. You'll appreciate the reversible air-conditioning, for optimum comfort in all seasons.
