First floor: dining/living room, kitchenette (1 step), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 140x190 bed), small bathroom with shower and washbasin (1 step), separate toilet (1 step).
Upstairs (via narrow staircase): 1 attic bedroom (2 beds 90x190). Umbrella bed available (with mattress).
Electric heating extra with invoicing according to consumption on site (8 kw/h per day included, i.e. 4 kwh peak hours + 4 kwh off-peak hours). Deposit of 365€ and cleaning deposit of 60€ due on arrival. Bed linen and towels to bring (not supplied).
To confirm your arrival time, please contact the municipal department for local life and associations from Monday to Friday on 02 38 46 88 63. Cleaning to be done by tenant before departure. Access steps to kitchen, bathroom and WC. DEPOSIT: 365€ to be returned by post within 15 days of the end of the rental period + cleaning deposit 60€ to be returned on the day of departure, depending on the condition of the Holiday cottage. Rates: week or weekend only, no extra nights.

Patricia Très bonne expérience.
Un excellent séjour en famille. Un accueil chaleureux de Julien qui a été bien au-delà de ce que nous pouvions attendre puisqu'il a même tout fait pour résoudre un problème de voiture avant notre départ. Puisque c'était une première pour nous avec "Gîtes de France", le personnel de la mairie de CHECY s'est montré patient et sympathique lors des demandes de renseignements.

Gîte très agréable, très belle vue sur le canal d'Orléans. Beaucoup de balades et de visites à moins d'une heure de route. Jardin bien clos pour notre chien.

Henri Agréable séjour au calme.
L'endroit est bien situé et la vue sur le canal est agréable. Suggestion : un peu plus de pression à la douche serait pas plus mal.

Rémy environnement agréable et le gite est confortable
lieu convivial et bien situé, à recommander.
Une remarque : pourriez-vous préciser sur votre site la dimension ( 2m/2m ) des couettes à l'étage ?

MIKA Bon gite
Venus le temps d'un petit week-end pour une compétition sportive à ORLEANS, nous avons trouvé un gite au calme avec le confort nécessaire. Mention à l'agent d'astreinte qui a gentiment fait l'état des lieux le dimanche matin à 6 heures 45.
