Gîte located in an old winegrower's house in the center of town, overlooking the Canal d'Orléans. It has an enclosed courtyard at the back with a private terrace, garden furniture and barbecue for you to enjoy during your stay.

First floor: dining/living room, kitchenette (1 step), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 140x190 bed), small bathroom with shower and washbasin (1 step), separate toilet (1 step).

Upstairs (via narrow staircase): 1 attic bedroom (2 beds 90x190). Umbrella bed available (with mattress).

Electric heating extra with invoicing according to consumption on site (8 kw/h per day included, i.e. 4 kwh peak hours + 4 kwh off-peak hours). Deposit of 365€ and cleaning deposit of 60€ due on arrival. Bed linen and towels to bring (not supplied).

To confirm your arrival time, please contact the municipal department for local life and associations from Monday to Friday on 02 38 46 88 63. Cleaning to be done by tenant before departure. Access steps to kitchen, bathroom and WC. DEPOSIT: 365€ to be returned by post within 15 days of the end of the rental period + cleaning deposit 60€ to be returned on the day of departure, depending on the condition of the Holiday cottage. Rates: week or weekend only, no extra nights.
