Quietly situated in the village of Messas, the Holiday cottage is between Beaugency and Meung-sur-Loire, not far from the Loire Valley cycle route, and 30 minutes from the Château de Chambord.... Charming little house, ideal for a couple or for workers on the move.

First floor: dining room and open fitted kitchen.

Upstairs, via a miller's staircase: on the landing, a living room (with sofa bed 140x190 cm), a bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and en-suite shower room with toilet (separated from the bedroom by a curtain).

Large private enclosed garden with garden table, barbecue, basketball hoop, soccer goal, swing for Kids...

Courtyard parking for one car. Garage for bikes if required.

Baby equipment available on request: Umbrella bed and high chair.
