Karine & Delphine welcome you to Ô Charme. In the heart of Olivet, just 15 minutes from the historic center of Orléans, this charming 105m² apartment offers comfort and tranquility to all travelers. It can accommodate up to 8 people for a stopover of a few days or a longer stay to enjoy the natural and historical heritage of our region.

Charming apartment featuring a spacious 56m² living room (80x200 bed), dining room and well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine), 3 bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom with shower and bath, and 1 separate toilet.

Bedroom n°1 : one 140x200cm bed.
Bedroom n°2 : one 140x200cm bed + one mezzanine bed for a child (-80kg).
Bedroom n°3 : 2 twin beds (80x200cm) that can be combined to form 1 double bed (160x200cm) with mattress overlay.

End-of-stay cleaning at €50 extra. 1 private parking space in enclosed courtyard. Shops and transport nearby.
Close to Zénith d'Orléans and CO'Met (5 min away). Direct access to major roads.

No parties. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not allowed. Baby cot, high chair and WC reducer available on request. Welcome pack (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, washing-up liquid...).
