Renovated 2nd-floor apartment featuring a 60m² living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with storage space (Bedroom #1 with 1 double bed 140x200 and Bedroom #2 with 1 double bed 140x190), 1 open-plan mezzanine (accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room) with 2 twin beds 80, which can be combined to form 1 double bed 160x190, 1 separate toilet and 1 separate shower room with toilet.
End-of-stay cleaning at €50 extra.
1 private parking space in enclosed courtyard. Shops and transport nearby. Direct access to major roads.
No parties. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not allowed. Cot and high chair available on request. Welcome pack (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, washing-up liquid...).

Yannick Excellent séjour dans ce gîte, conforme à la description et à nos attentes.
Le séjour, pour un court week-end, s’est très bien passé. L’accès a été facilité par une description précise de la procédure, laissant une totale autonomie d’accès et au départ. Le logement était impeccable, conforme à la description, avec tous les équipements utiles. Les prestations sont d’excellente qualité pour le prix. Les hôtes ont été disponibles sans aucune difficulté. Encore mes remerciements pour ce séjour.
