Welcome to Maison Nature & Hôtes, your warm and comfortable retreat in the heart of nature. Our house offers a cosy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The house is located in the Gâtinais region, in a commune with the "Villes et villages fleuris" label, just 2 km from Bellegarde and close to the Orléans forest. Don't miss the many nearby activities: meet the animals at the Queudanes farm, go for a walk or bike ride, go fishing... You can also visit the magnificent gardens of La Javelière on the Route de la Rose, the panoramic view from the belvedere at Les Caillettes, Bellegarde castle, the charming village of Boiscommun, the Belle de Grignon, and the fascinating Pottery & Forest museum in Nibelle. Your stay will be rich in discovery and entertainment in this beautiful agricultural region of the Gâtinais. You'll find a games room equipped with pinball, table soccer and table tennis for hours of entertainment. If you prefer a more relaxed environment, you can enjoy a game of pool or board games in our common room. For wellness enthusiasts, we have an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna to relax and rejuvenate. You can also enjoy outdoor activities such as darts, volleyball and fishing in our on-site pond. For lunch or in the evening, gather around our brazier table to share warm moments in the open air. La Maison Nature & Hôtes is the ideal place for a relaxing and entertaining getaway in the heart of nature.

The holiday cottage features, on the ground floor: a living room with a wood-pellet stove, an open-concept dining room and kitchen, a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two 90-cm single beds on the mezzanine and a bedroom with a 140-cm double bed.

A room with a pool table (a €1,000 deposit is required on-site to use it). Gaming room/Sports hall with a pinball machine, foosball table, and ping-pong table. Sauna, Hammam, and hot tub (seats 4 to 6).

Outdoors:
- Private heated indoor Piscine (closed from December 1 to March 1) (8x4 m, 1.50 m deep, and 28°C).
- Garden with a fire pit table and a heated wooden gazebo featuring a garden table and lounge area. Private on-site pond (roach, carp, etc.). Bicycles available.
You can enjoy the entire property and its amenities in complete peace and quiet during your stay (the owners live just a few meters away on the same property).

All inclusive rate: Heating included, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, and housekeeping included for the end of your stay.

Baby equipment available: high chair, Umbrella bed, potty and changing table, bouncer, stroller.
For use of the billiard table: deposit of €1,000 to be paid on site and returned at the end of your stay.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
