Gîte located near a working game farm. In the farmyard, the gîte is in the main house with part of the courtyard shared with the second gîte (7 people), with a private area, the whole is enclosed and well suited to large families, located near the Etang des Bois, the Orléans forest, the canal and the Lorris hiking trails. The house has a large, enclosed, heated veranda with a sitting area.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with sitting area, dining room, separate small sitting room, shower room, separate wc.
First floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 x 90cm beds, 1 with 1 x 90x200cm bed, 1 with 1 x 160cm bed or 2 x 80x200cm beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Wood-burning stove in living/dining room.

Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot, changing mat, bathtub, mixer or food processor.
