First floor: living room with lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen, bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and single bed 90x190 cm, separate shower room with toilet.
Private parking spaces in front of the gate.
Private terrace. Shared driveway and garden of approx. 1,000 m² with the second, adjoining 6-person Holiday cottage (the two gîtes have two connecting closed doors).
Bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival, including bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Electricity for heating and all household appliances is included, up to a maximum of 16 kWh per day. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure. In order to be able to open the Holiday cottage in both summer and winter at the same basic rate.

Gîte parfaitement bien équipé, très propre, fonctionnel et très agréablement décoré. Il est également bien situé au calme et découvrir cette magnifique région, n'hésitez pas à demander conseil aux propriétaires et/ou à l'Office du Tourisme de Saint Benoît sur Loire.
