The Holiday cottage sleeps 6 and is attached to the owners' house. On entering the property, the gated front courtyard is shared, and there is a large, secure parking area.
The Holiday cottage is fully-equipped and decorated to a high standard. You'll enjoy a pleasant, enclosed, private garden with terrace and covered area (garden furniture, charcoal barbecue).
ON THE GROUND FLOOR, the house comprises: a living-dining room, an open-plan fitted kitchen with large bay window overlooking the private garden, Bedroom n°1 (1 bed 160X200) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), separate WC.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR are: a sitting area on the mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (Bedroom n°2 with 2 90x200 beds that can be joined together to make 1 180 bed; Bedroom n°3 with 1 140X190 bed) each with its own en-suite shower room (shower, toilet and washbasin in each), a small laundry room (washing machine).
Its private rear garden, shady arbour and small stream running alongside make it a haven of peace and nature. A change of scenery guaranteed!
Heating and linen included.
Fishing available on request in the owners' pond.

Très bon accueil par nos hôtes. Surpris 😲 par le charme de la demeure et de son environnement avec l'étang, le coin de jardin privatif avec sa terrasse couverte et barbecue...De plus à quelques kilomètres de Chambord, Beauval, Orléans, ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour des visites. Le village nous offre des commodités de proximité telles que boulangerie pâtisserie, épicerie et café bar. Vraiment conquis...Une adresse à retenir.

Maison très confortable, accueil chaleureux de Nadine et Fabien qui sont au petit soin. L’emplacement est idéal pour voir les châteaux de la Loire, le lieu est tranquille dans une propriété magnifique!
