Charming little house for 2 people, ideal for a stopover in the heart of the Loire Valley. Just 2km from the center of Jargeau, a dynamic town on the banks of the Loire, you'll find all the shops you need nearby: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, cheesemonger, press and tobacconist. Ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding area, including Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel, Fay-aux-Loges, Tigy, Vienne-en-Val and Châteauneuf-sur-Loire. Located close to the owners' home, the maisonnette offers you all the independence you need for an intimate stay. With its private terrace, perfect for sunny breakfasts or cosy evenings for two, this rental is a real cocoon in which to recharge your batteries.

The cottage comprises :
- first floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils so you can stay with us for several days in complete autonomy), plus separate shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet in the room).
- a mezzanine floor with 1 double bed (140cm).

Outside, you'll enjoy a small private terrace with table and chairs, and a barbecue. Parking for 1 vehicle on the property, secured with a motorized gate and exterior cameras. The rest of the property belongs to the owners who live next door. 2 other studios are available for rent next door.

On arrival, everything is ready to use: bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning and utilities included. Coffee and tea available free of charge in the apartment. We look forward to welcoming you.
