La Courtin

Between the Loire and Sologne, you'll be welcomed into our 4-generation family home. Welcome to Baule, a small village in the Loire Valley, near Meung sur Loire, 25 km from Orléans and 30 km from Chambord. You're just 1h30 from Paris, on the route des châteaux and the Loire bike trail. Ideal for business clients.

La Courtin, a small winegrower's house dating from 1885, is adjacent to the owners' house; the enclosed garden and courtyard are shared. Beautifully restored, the cottage comprises a kitchen and living room on the first floor, and a terrace area under a lean-to with a summer kitchen.
Half-floor: shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, 1 bed 140x190 and on the mezzanine with exposed beams 1 second bed 140x190 cm.

Terrace with table and chairs, and barbecue.

At the foot of the house flows the Mauves, small rivers that flow into the Loire a little further on, inviting you to take a stroll.
