It is surrounded by a large wooded area, an orchard and an inner courtyard with terrace. Just 3 km from Gien (accessible by bike along the Loire), it's at the crossroads of the Loire Valley, the Sancerrois region and the forest. Shops: grocery store in Neuvoy (2.5 km), or supermarket in Gien (3 km). Cycling: as far as Gien and its grocery store (3 km), Orléans forest 3 km away... Hiking: Orléans forest, Loire banks and others. Nearby: Briare (port, canal bridge, walking and biking trails) 19 km, Sully sur Loire (château, park...) 19 km, Châtillon sur Loire (Mantelot lock, trails) 23 km, St Benoit sur Loire (Abbey, trails along the Loire) 25 km.

First floor: large kitchen/dining room, living room, 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), bathroom (bath, 2 sinks, washer/dryer) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (a large attic bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, a bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and a last bedroom with 1 pull-out bed made up of 2 x 80cm beds, convertible into a 160cm bed) and a shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).
You'll enjoy a large enclosed garden with trees, a private terrace and garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and a slide for children.

Oil-fired heating at an extra charge of €15/day from early October to late April. Secure parking on the property outside (space for 3/4 cars) or in the garage (space for 1 car). Bicycles provided by owner (7 adults, 3 children). Deposit required.
