This 4-person gîte is located on a wooded property 1 km from the village. A lovely private terrace lets you enjoy sunny summer days. The location is quiet, close to Gien, the Loire Valley, the Jacques Coeur route and the Sancerrois region.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with lounge and dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen. An independent shower room is also on the ground floor (shower, washbasin and toilet in the room).
Upstairs, in the recess off the landing, is an open-plan bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a desk. A second independent bedroom is available with a 140x190 double bed. Separate WC accessible from the landing bedroom.
You can park your car in front of the house.
INCLUDED: heating and electricity, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning package. ADDITIONAL: For longer business stays, compulsory cleaning after 15 days.
Pets allowed on request only and with extra vigilance from owners (grounds not enclosed).
No recharging point for electric vehicles on site, but the nearest is in Briare (19 km), Bonny sur Loire (25 km) and Gien (25 km).

Fabien Un sejour en pleine nature
Le gite est très agréable à vivre ; nous étions deux mais doit l'être aussi à quatre.
On peut faire plusieurs belles ballades bucoliques par des chemins creux depuis le gite. On y rencontre facilement quelques animaux sauvages (faisan, fouine, chevreuil, oiseaux divers). Le ciel de nuit est très peu pollué pour observer les étoiles (s'il n'y a pas de lune). La région offre de belles opportunité de ballade et de visite de ville ou de châteaux.- Cleanliness

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour d'expérience, nous sommes vraiment ravis que les lieux vous aient conquis et que le gîte est répondu à vos attentes ! Il est vrai que le cadre est magnifique et la propriétaire Elisabeth prend grand soin à ce que la beauté des lieux soit conservée et entretenue.

Superbe séjour très agréable dans un gîte bien frais malgré la chaleur extérieure de certains jours. Gîte calme dans un endroit où nous avons pu explorer les randonnées et les sites historiques de proximité.
