Just an 8-minute drive from City center and a 6-minute walk from C0'Met (Palais des Congrès, Parc des Expositions, Aréna and Zénith), it offers all the comfort you need for a tourist or business stay, for one or more nights.

The apartment is all on one level. It features an attractive living room with bay window overlooking the outside:
- fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Philips Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- cosy lounge area (sofa bed 140x190, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV), and dining area (table and chairs).

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
- Bedroom n°1 (1 x 160cm bed, 2-seater bath, washbasin),
- Bedroom n°2 (1 pull-out bed with 2 90cm mattresses + large closet).
- Separate shower room (shower, washbasin),
- Closet with washing machine and cleaning equipment, separate toilet.

To the rear, enjoy an enclosed garden with private terrace (garden furniture, lounge, parasol).
A private parking space is available in the gated condominium parking lot. External socket available on request for vehicle recharging (extra charge according to consumption). 700m from the "CO'Met" streetcar stop.

Rates are all-inclusive: Bed linen and towels provided for added peace and quiet, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), utilities, heating included (subject to reasonable consumption).
