In the heart of Sologne, this authentic farmhouse welcomes you to a pristine natural setting, perfect for peace and relaxation. Surrounded by forests and ponds, it’s an ideal starting point for exploring the region’s iconic landscapes on foot, by bike, or on horseback during hiking. The rich variety of flora and fauna will delight nature lovers, while the animals on the property (horses, a donkey, goats, geese, and more) will bring joy to young and old alike. On the property, a pond is perfect for a stroll (Fishing is prohibited). Fishing enthusiasts can head to the Cerdon Pond, located just 3 km away. The property enjoys a prime location, 18 km from the Château de Sully-sur-Loire and the “Loire à Vélo” cycling route, as well as 23 km from the Château de Gien. Just 12 km away, the Étang du Puits Base de loisirs offers a vast lake in the heart of a preserved natural area, with supervised swimming in the summer, sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats, water skiing, and numerous walking trails within its bird sanctuary. Horseback riders are also welcome. Located just 33 km from the Federal Equestrian Park, the property provides a secure shelter in a pasture to accommodate your horses. They will have unlimited access to hay, straw, and water (additional charge of €25 per horse per day).

On the ground floor:
- a spacious living area featuring a living room, a dining area, and an open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric oven, range hood, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster...)

Upstairs:
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a 140x190 cm double bed
- a small bedroom (approximately 7 m²) with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- a small bedroom (approximately 6 m²) with two single beds (90x190 cm)
- a bathroom with a toilet

A shared laundry room, accessible from outside, is available for your use, equipped with two washing machines, a sink, cleaning supplies, board games, and social cooking appliances (raclette, fondue, crepe maker).

Outside, the garden flows naturally into the Forest. You can enjoy a private outdoor seating area with a table and chairs, as well as a charcoal grill.

Private parking is available on the property.

The rate includes bed linens (beds made on arrival), towels, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €10 per pet per stay.

The property also features a holiday cottage for 5 people and a gypsy caravan for 4 people. The 2,500 m² garden is shared, but each accommodation has its own private outdoor area with a garden table and chairs.

A breakfast basket can be delivered directly to your door (€7 per person). It includes fresh bread, pastries, butter, jam, Sologne honey, and orange juice. Tea and coffee are also provided to help you start your day off right.
