GROUND FLOOR: fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave), dining room - sitting area (TV), bathroom (bath, vanity unit, bidet), separate toilet.
FLOOR: one bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140), and one bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 130, 2 beds 90).
Supplements: Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption on site); Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival; Bathroom linen €8/person; Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning package for professional rentals €45 (excluding dishes and garbage cans, payable by tenant).
Pets allowed with a cleaning charge of 50€. Deposit of 220€.
Small pets (dogs, cats) are accepted (prior agreement with owner).
Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, bathtub, potty, stroller, safety gate (stairs), mixer or robot.
