Come and enjoy our charming single-storey 40m² loft, equipped with a balneotherapy bath, for a pleasant stopover for two. Just 2km from downtown Jargeau, a lively town on the banks of the Loire, you'll find all the shops you need nearby: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, cheesemonger, press and tobacconist. Ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding area, including Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel, Fay-aux-Loges, Tigy, Vienne-en-Val and Châteauneuf-sur-Loire. Set up in an outbuilding of the owners' house, this Semi-detached house has its own entrance for a pleasant stay.

The loft includes a fully-equipped kitchenette (small fridge, oven, hob, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plus all the crockery and cooking utensils you need for an independent stay); a 180x200 king-size bed, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, a small sitting area with 2-seater sofa and flat-screen TV, and a 3-seater whirlpool bath, perfect for an unforgettable moment of relaxation (emptied after each use to ensure impeccable hygiene).

You'll appreciate the reversible air conditioning, for optimum comfort in all seasons. Netflix, Bluetooth speakers and a color-coordinated LED strip to personalize the ambience.

There's also an independent shower room (large 140x100 shower) and a separate toilet.

The apartment has been carefully renovated, using quality materials.

The loft can accommodate two additional Kids in the sofa bed (on prior request).

Outside, a table and two chairs are available to enjoy the warm weather. Parking for 1 vehicle on the property, secured with a motorized gate and exterior cameras. 2 other studios for rent next door. The land is shared, with the owners living next door.

Cycling and canoeing in the Loire are just 1 km away, the Orleans Forest 10 km, Marcilly-en-Villette Golf course 15 km, Sologne 15 km, Orleans 20 km, Sully-sur-Loire château 25 km, Lamotte-Beuvron 30 km, Center Parc 35 km, Chambord château 60 km and Paris 120 km. The setting is calm and pleasant.

On arrival, everything is ready: bed linen and towels, tea towels, bathrobes and disposable slippers are provided. End-of-stay cleaning and utilities included. We look forward to welcoming you.
