Just 5 minutes by car from the Zenith (Co'met), Orleans city center and motorway access, this loft is ideally located for exploring the region in comfortable, convenient surroundings. In the immediate vicinity (Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin area), you'll find all amenities: artisan bakery, Super U supermarket, bank, pizzeria, chocolatier... Explore the cobbled streets of Orleans' historic center, stroll past the majestic Sainte-Croix cathedral or the statue of Joan of Arc, symbol of the City. Take advantage of the Bords de Loire, just 5 minutes from the accommodation, for a soothing walk or bike ride through nature and heritage. Less than an hour's drive away, let yourself be seduced by the famous Loire castles: Chambord, Blois, Meung-sur-Loire and Beaugency. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a large, bright and friendly living room. On level N-1 (accessed via a narrow staircase), a 12 m² bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a large dressing room. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, take full advantage of a wooden terrace ideal for meals or outdoor relaxation, as well as a private, unenclosed garden of 200 m². Two private parking spaces are also available. All inclusive: Bed linen and towels provided, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your getaway!
