1 h from Paris, gîte located in the privileged setting of the fortified castle of Yèvre le Châtel, a village classified as one of the most beautiful in France. This detached 18th-century house benefits from a private enclosed garden suspended over the ramparts, with an exceptional view.

In the main house, on the first floor, a large living-dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom n°1 with two single beds 90x190 cm (which can be moved closer together), bedroom n°2 with a double bed 140x190 cm, as well as a shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet) and an independent toilet.
Basement room: gaming room, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), indoor bike.

In an outbuilding (through the Holiday cottage garden), on the first floor you'll find a small living room and a bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc). Upstairs, via a miller's staircase and opening onto the mezzanine, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).

Public parking.

Rates include: Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, heating included, end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels are optional at €5 per person.
