Les Ratys Gîte 1 et 2

Located in a renovated longère with stone walls, in a green and quiet setting, the semi-detached gîtes 1 and 2 Les Ratys are ideal for vacations or work. Located 12 km from Orléans, Chaingy is at the gateway to the Châteaux de la Loire, but also on the Loire bike route, and on the Chemin de Compostelle via the Tours route. You'll find all the shops you need in the village.

Gite 1 Les Ratys has its own entrance.
First floor: living room with sofa bed (130x190 cm), open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: a spacious, bright bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) (which can be moved closer together) and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Gite 2 Les Ratys has its own entrance.
First floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190 cm), fully-equipped open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a bathroom with shower and WC.

The two gîtes communicate via a soundproof door in the living room.

Private outdoor space with garden table and barbecue.
Private parking space in front of each gite.

All-inclusive rates: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels included, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
