Small, independent, single-storey Holiday cottage with private outdoor space, not enclosed, located in the Loire Valley and 1.5 km from the Loire, near Sully/Loire and St-Benoît/Loire and at the gateway to Sologne.

All on first floor:
- separate kitchen (sink, fridge, gas stove, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
- small living room (sofa bed, coffee table, TV),
- bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, which can be made into a double bed 180 (on request).
- separate shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet).

Outside, you'll find an unfenced garden with garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue to enjoy a meal in fine weather.
Small enclosed garden shed for bikes.

[Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom linen supplied. Electric heating and electricity included.
