Renovated Gâtine farmhouse adjoining another Holiday cottage, but with its own entrance protected by a hedge. This 5-person Holiday cottage is located in the Countryside, where peace and quiet reign, with a green area accessible to the front (600 m2) and rear of the semi-enclosed cottage (750 m2). There's also a shared Piscine for sunny days.

First floor: - Large living room with sitting area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer, sink, oven, gas stove with 3 gas burners and 1 electric, hood, hand blender, mixer, waffle maker, senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) - Separate toilet.

Upstairs: - Bedroom n°1 with 2 x 80cm beds and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, wc) - Bedroom n°2 with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).

Outside: - On-site parking in the gite's driveway - Piscine shared (8mx4m) with the second gite, unheated, open from May to September for relaxation (the small building 10m from the gite is the pool's technical room - not accessible to guests) [i] Electric heating extra (invoiced according to consumption) and/or wood pellets (€10 per bag). End-of-stay cleaning package at €70 (compulsory for companies every 15 days). Bed linen provided. (Towels NOT provided, please bring your own). Mobile phone coverage: SFR and Orange.
