Welcome to Les Hollandières! Completely renovated in 2024, this house offers a unique setting in the woods. Calm and relaxation are the order of the day in this charming house, which can accommodate 8 people and a baby. Take advantage of the green spaces and relax by the pond. Your children can have fun on the swing, in the tree house or in the sandpit. Summer evenings on the terrace, around a barbecue, will leave you with memories of happy days. The house is situated on a large estate with farmland, woods and ponds. Communal paths surround the property and offer superb cycling and walking opportunities. Gîte located in Sologne, only 5 minutes from La Loire and its cycle paths, 15 min from Sully-sur-Loire and its château, 15 min from Gien and its earthenware museum, and 23 min from Briare...

Holiday cottage of approx. 120m² on one level with a large living room, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms: one with a 180x200 cm double bed and private shower room, one with a 160x200 cm double bed and washbasin, and one with four 90x190 cm single beds and washbasin. Shower room with toilet and separate toilet.

Outside, enjoy a peaceful, partially enclosed garden (so as not to have direct access to the pond), equipped with garden furniture, a relaxation area, deckchairs, a plancha and outdoor wooden games for Kids and adults. For Kids: swing, Cabin and sandbox.

Bicycles available: 2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 Kids (140 cm and 120 cm).
Private parking.

Please note: the site is not easily accessible to people with reduced mobility: paths, gravel, a few steps in the accommodation...

The telephone network is not very good. Internet connection is via satellite and works very well.
